We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Battery Cells (Individual Cells)
All battery cell sales are final. Due to the nature of lithium cells and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on individual cells once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.
Milwaukee M18 & DeWalt 20V Battery Packs
All battery packs are backed by our one-year warranty. If your pack fails under normal use within one year of purchase, send it to us and we will fix it or replace it at no cost.
Warranty covers:
∙ Cell failure
∙ Manufacturer defects
Warranty does not cover:
∙ Physical damage (drops, impacts, crushed packs)
∙ Water or liquid exposure
∙ Abuse, misuse, or tampering of any kind
∙ Normal wear and tear

Custom Battery Packs
Custom pack builds are non-refundable once work has begun. If there is a defect in our workmanship, contact us and we will repair or replace the pack.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at nate@21700supply.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
