Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS from Iowa. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
Lithium Battery Shipping Compliance
All lithium battery shipments are packaged and labeled in compliance with USDOT and IATA regulations. Cells and packs are shipped ground only — air shipping of lithium batteries is restricted by federal regulation.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you’d like additional protection, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
